Building a Forever Family

 

 

How blessed am I to get to spend eternity with this cute little gang?

 

Confession:

 

As a mother I have created an unnecessary pressure to make every moment with the family the most outgoing creative adventure. In the process I have developed into an overwhelmed crazy who chooses to do nothing because everything seems like such a production.

 

Funny how some of the biggest burdens are self inflicted.....eh?

 



 

Discovery:

 

 'Tis the gift to be simple, 'tis the gift to be free

'Tis the gift to come down where we ought to be,

And when we find ourselves in the place just right,

'Twill be in the valley of love and delight.

When true simplicity is gain'd,

To bow and to bend we shan't be asham'd,

Did you know that adventuring to the local playground is actually quite the fun time?

 

Did you know that my main squeeze is not afraid to unleash the child inside? Or that my son can't wait to mimic what his father is doing? Or that my daughter hates going down slides?

 

I didn't. Crazy what we can learn from even the simple situations in life.

 

 

Did you know that Andrew is the kids preferred source of entertainment?

 

 

Are you aware Jaxson is a ham that Emilee adores?

 

Or that this boy can down 2 bottles of water on the walk alone?

 

 (Note to self....make the kids go to the bathroom and fill up on H2O before departure).

 

  I love being able to kick back and admire my sweet little family!
